The one-way ANOVA method was applied to assess the average evaporation rates under differing chemical and physical treatments. Consequently, regulated use of fish antibiotics throughout autumn and winter, sensible antibiotic deployment in aquaculture, and abstention from antibiotics before pond cleaning are necessary measures to curb the transport of antibiotics from aquaculture surface water into the receiving lake.
